Additional Terms for TPT Platform Users
- No Refund Policy: Once enrolled, refunds are not permitted unless there is a valid medical termination.
- Glucose Monitoring Device Usage:
- Diabetic patients require a total of 3 CGM units in one year.
- Non-diabetic patients require only 1 CGM unit in one year.
- Additional units may be purchased at MRP.
- Ketone Meter Requirement: Patients taking insulin may require a ketone meter, which can be purchased separately.
- Shipping Costs: Additional shipping charges apply for home delivery of medical gadgets.
- Validated Gadgets: Only updated versions of Apple, Garmin, and FitBit smartwatches are compatible with our platform.
- Medical Gadgets Policy: Unpacked medical gadgets are not eligible for return.
- Procurement of Medicines/Supplements: Customers are responsible for obtaining medicines and supplements independently.
- Doctor Consultations:
- 5 consultation sessions per year with a local doctor are included.
- Additional consultations will incur extra charges.
